As a Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for upholding our high standards and ensuring that all guests receive responsive, gracious, and considerate service. You will oversee the preparation and serving of food, following our recipes, portioning, and cooking standards. In addition, you will have the opportunity to make employment and termination decisions, nurturing the professional development of our staff.

To excel in this role, you should bring at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
