About The Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Acuity: Oversee budgeting, cost management, and revenue enhancement strategies, applying analytical skills to optimize financial performance.
  • Guest Excellence: Commit to the highest standards of guest service, proactively addressing feedback and implementing improvements to exceed expectations.
  • Creativity: Collaborate with beverage & culinary experts to refine and innovate our offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and aligning with guest preferences.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in food and beverage management within a high-volume & upscale restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, proven in developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong financial management skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • A deep passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to service excellence.
  • Preferred educational background with a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
