Title of Position: Senior Manager

 Job Description: Our Senior Manager must be detail-oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Senior Manager will provide exceptional customer service along with having great communication skills. The Senior Manager will work directly under the General Manager to assist in overseeing all restaurant operations including the FOH, and all administrative and financial duties. As the Senior Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. The Senior Manager must be able to manage the workflow in a fast-paced environment and be a master of multi-tasking and delegating. Must have an Undergraduate degree or 10 years of equivalent professional experience, With 4+ years of advanced knowledge in fine-dining restaurant management experience.

Qualifications:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage all staff; up-keep team’s high spirit.
  • Floor, opening, and closing responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement on-going training and continuing education programs for all FOH  staff.
  • Upkeep FOH training materials, including service manuals and menu study guides.
  • Develop staff evaluation matrices and implement performance review programs
  • Assist in hiring, on-boarding, and evaluating staff.
  • Ensure high quality of service.
  • Maintain active and valid ABRA Manager and Food Manager Licenses;
  • Required to work evening, night hours and weekends.
