With majestic view of the California hills, we have recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation. Now that construction has completed, we are one of the premier restaurants in the Los Angeles area, featuring walk in wine room, dry ageing meat lockers, multiple bars, and extensive special event and banquet rooms. We are looking for a superstar Restaurant Manager to make their mark, and lead the Front of the House operations for this Flagship location. With a modern and elegant, yet cozy, environment, we want to create an atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy themselves.

Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: A Restaurant Manager for our company must have innovation, excellent leadership skills and the utmost integrity. It’ s imperative we find the best managers available; the success of our company rests on the success of our employees. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager and supporting him/her by completing tasks as needed, directing the flow food production through the dining room and for supervising all front of the house staff. As a Restaurant Manager you will have several areas of responsibility including but not limited to; guest service, atmosphere, food and beverage quality, food safety, coaching, employee and guest morale, inventory control and training and development. The Restaurant Manager will also assist and work with other team members (other managers, General Manager and Unit Level Employees), to build and increase sales over the previous year while maintaining profitability and without compromising concept integrity.

Qualifications:

  • At least  3-4 years of current Restaurant Manager experience in an Upscale Casual Concept
  • High volume experience; must have background managing restaurants doing over $4-5 million in sales per year
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
