Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of financials and P&L interpretation
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks to a team of 100 or more individuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
• Effective communication skills and understanding of servant leadership principles
• Entrepreneurial spirit
