As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding our high standards of service. You will also have the opportunity to develop and train our Front of House team while enforcing compliance with all employment policies. Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Train and develop Front of House employees while enforcing company policies.
• Manage liquor orders and costs while ensuring compliance with liquor laws.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and discipline when necessary.
• Assist in hiring new employees by reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
• Create schedules for employees while assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Foster a fun and safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry is a must!
• A passion for providing exceptional service and commitment to quality.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations controls and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• Proven track record of training and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
