Title of Position: Restaurant Service Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Service Manager will oversee the team serving up the smiles by selecting, hiring, training and managing all servers. The most important part of this position is to build long lasting relationships with our guests. The Restaurant Service Manager must ensure we are giving none other than stellar guest service 100% of the time. This Restaurant Service Manager will oversee day-to-day shifts, labor, guest services and sanitation. The Restaurant Service Manager will be expected to build check averages and guest counts to support sales, and to have open lines of communication with the other members of the management team.
