Title of Position – Shift Lead

Job Description: As a Shift Lead at our fast-casual restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations during your designated shift. This includes managing and delegating tasks to team members, ensuring that all food and drinks are prepared and served according to our high standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and ordering supplies, while also monitoring and controlling labor costs. You must have strong leadership skills to motivate and train team members, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure smooth operations during your shift. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will be key in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Qualifications:

· The Shift Leader must have strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for the Shift Leader

· The Shift Leader must have the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

· Proficiency in inventory management is preferred for the Shift Leader

· Two years experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry is preferred for the Shift Leader
