We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Exciting sandwich/café style operation is seeking to hire an entry level Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will lead a small team of cooks and service staff to take care of the guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move their career forward into a management role.
Requires some supervisory or shift leader experience with a team of 5-6 employees

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
