We are currently seeking a Shift Leader to join our team in Prince George, BC. If you have a passion for the restaurant business and a drive for success, we want you on our team!

As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will support and lead your team during scheduled shifts, ensuring that all guests receive legendary service and have an unforgettable dining experience. Our core values of honor, integrity, seeking knowledge, and having fun are at the heart of everything we do, and we expect our Shift Leaders to embody these values in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations during scheduled shifts
• Provide support to managers and team members
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through legendary acts of leadership
• Set an example for other team members by following company standards
• Train team members to provide world-class guest experiences
• Opportunity for hybrid-role combining shift leading and serving

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service skills, and oral/written communication skills required
• Strong computer and office administration skills required
• Passion for food & beverage industry required
• Ability to build relationships & foster commitment in people development required
• Current First Aid Serving It Right & Food Safe Certification preferred but not required
