Title of Position: Marketing and Social Media Manager
Job Description: The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, marketing analysis, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. The Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, and supervising all social media platforms. The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for training team members on overall branding to ensure brand continuity. Additionally, the Marketing and Social Media Manager will also be in charge of coaching and supporting the team in building the brand name in a professional manner and be able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualification:
- Two to four years of general management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Marketing and Social Media Manager, a Bachelors Degree is preferred
- A requirement for the Marketing and Social Media Manager is experience with Microsoft Suite, Google, Canva and Constant Contact
- The Marketing and Social Media Manager must have a valid drivers license
- Honesty, integrity and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Marketing and Social Media Manager should possess
- The Marketing and Social Media Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the organization

Matt Bodnar began his career by quickly identifying himself has an up-and-coming Hospitality Operations Leader. From 2013 to 2018, he managed small and large-scale events on Yachts in New York Harbor, oversaw Concession-style service in a sports arena, and managed Food & Beverage at an upscale, boutique hotel in Manhattan, before moving to Philadelphia and entrenching himself in the Philly food scene. He switched gears into Talent Acquisition and recruiting, utilizing his operational experience to connect with and identify top talent in the industry. He is extremely service and relationship-oriented, and strives to anticipate client needs and guide a seamless partnership through placement after placement.
