The Role
**Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Head Chef on innovative menu development, ensuring a perfect balance of flavor and presentation to delight our guests.
- Leading kitchen operations, exercising your exceptional culinary skills to consistently produce high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
- Training and supervising kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork that maintains our high standards of service and food quality.
- Effectively managing inventory to support menu planning and complying with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Contributing to a safe and efficient kitchen environment through proactive equipment maintenance and adherence to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations experience and 1+ years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours) and stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week.
