Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, ordering, and sourcing of high-quality ingredients.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute high-quality, consistent meals.
• Adhere to all food health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale kitchen environment.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Creativity and ability to contribute to menu development and innovation.
• Proficiency in managing kitchen operations, including inventory and ordering.
• Understanding of food health and safety regulations.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
