As our Sous Chef, you will:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring a consistent, high quality product is produced.
• Contribute to menu creation, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and passion for quality food.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a full service restaurant environment
• A deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
