As the Sous Chef for the restaurant, you will work alongside the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary experts committed to serving exceptional, mouthwatering dishes while maintaining strict food safety standards, boosting profitability, and enriching the overall dining experience. This role is crucial in boosting sales and guest satisfaction through outstanding team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate past achievements as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort eatery.
- Exhibit a strong passion for culinary arts and service excellence.
- Show a history of successful team development.
- Possess knowledge of efficient kitchen systems, techniques, and procedures.
- Demonstrate a consistent career progression in prior roles.
