As the restaurant's Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional, delicious food while upholding stringent food safety standards, fostering profitability, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This role plays a pivotal part in driving sales and guest satisfaction through superior team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate prior success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant.
- Exhibit a strong culinary and service-oriented passion.
- Possess a proven track record in team development.
- Acquire knowledge of effective kitchen systems, methods, and processes.
