Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description:
The Sous Chef will be responsible for the culinary staff. Ensuring all personnel is adhering to all safety, security and health regulations, maintaining absolute cleanliness and providing exceptional dishes to our guests 100% of the time will be among the responsibilities of the Sous Chef. The right candidate will be familiar with all operations of the kitchen and have the ability to assist in any position as the need arises. As our Sous Chef you are in the position to develop your career and we re committed to assist you in becoming versed in functions of the Executive Chef such as product ordering, inventory control and scheduling. The Sous Chef will maintain a professional atmosphere and an open line of communication to ensure culinary staff concerns are dealt with appropriately.

Requirements:
* High volume experience of 3+ years as a Sous Chef is a must for this position
* A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Sous Chef must possess
* The Sous Chef must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
* The Sous Chef must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
* The Sous Chef may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
