Title of Position- Sous Chef
Job Description: As our Sous Chef you’ll be responsible for helping in overseeing all back of the house and kitchen operations. Recruiting, training and developing the culinary staff will be expected of our Sous Chef. A welcoming and professional atmosphere will be ensured by our Sous Chef. An organized and sanitary kitchen and preparation area must be sustained before, during and after all services. Ensuring 100% recipe adherence and food quality will be the responsibility of the Sous Chef. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be essential to ensure front and back of the house employees can work together seamlessly. As the Sous Chef you’ll create a pleasant working environment focused on teamwork and always remain positive and professional.

Qualifications:
  • Must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others
  • As solid track record in achieving financial results
  • Must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must have independent restaurant experience
