Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
Job Description: The Executive Sous Chef will need to have high volume and seafood experience. The Executive Sous Chef responsibilities will be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong knowledge of P&L. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.

Qualifications:
- Must have 6+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A passion for creating high-quality and fresh food
- A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures
