What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and talented Sous Chef with the following qualifications:
 

• 3+ Years of Experience in fine dining or upscale culinary settings
• Proven Leadership Skills to mentor and guide kitchen staff
• Expertise in ensuring food quality, consistency, and safety
• Culinary degree preferred but not required
• Passion for creating memorable dishes using fresh, local ingredients

Your Responsibilities as a Sous Chef

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to execute a creative, seasonal menu while maintaining culinary excellence
• Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance
• Oversee inventory and supply management to ensure fresh, top-tier ingredients are always available
• Monitor the quality, taste, and presentation of every dish leaving the kitchen
• Ensure a clean and safe kitchen that complies with all health & safety standards
