Job Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef at our Burlington, MA location, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead a team of culinary professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, great-tasting food. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef to plan and develop exquisite seasonally inspired dishes
- Supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Overseeing a team of culinary professionals
- Contributing to our mission of building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of superior service
- Ensuring all menu items are executed with excellence
