Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with all culinary operations. The Sous Chef will be the go-to person for the kitchen personnel. Maintaining consistent top quality dishes and ensuring recipe adherence will be a function as our Sous Chef. Having a strong working knowledge of every aspect within the kitchen and the ability to train and coach the culinary staff will lead to the success of our Sous Chef. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to assist the Executive Chef with the hiring and counseling of the culinary personnel. Dedication and the desire to master the functions necessary to grow into an Executive Chef will be expected as the Sous Chef.
