Our Fine Dining Restaurant in Concord, MA is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join and lead the awesome team in our seasonally driven, locally sourced, French-inspired kitchen! Our company operates and owns some of Massachusetts most popular and successful restaurants.  We have received many awards and positive reviews in our restaurants. Title of Position – Sous Chef

Job DescriptionThe Sous Chef is second in command to the Executive Chef. The job of Sous Chef involves significant responsibility, as the Sous Chef must be qualified to lead other kitchen personnel, remain organized and professional, and report vital information to the Executive Chef.  The sous chef works a station each shift in addition to helping with charcuterie, butchering, braising, pasta making, baking, sanitation, training and special events. If there are occasions when the Executive Chef is unable to work, the Sous Chef assumes all duties normally designated to the Executive Chef.

  • Three years or more experience required, preferably in fine dining or similar restaurant settings is a requirement of our Sous Chef. 
  • Previous management experience considered a plus but is not required.
