For locals, we also have an extensive catering menu to provide our delicious menu for any special occasion at your home!

Title of Position:  Sous Chef
Job Description:
Our Sous Chef  will be in control of our restaurants' kitchen operations and help continue to grow our consumer brand and loyal customer base. The Sous Chef  must have an exceptionally upbeat attitude and be able to fit in with our very warm environment. Our display kitchens are our center point, therefore cleanliness and appropriate kitchen procedures will be a major priority for you. The Sous Chef  will be coaching and developing kitchen team members. We are passionate about a lot of things, but our people are at the top of the list. Also, Sous Chef will be responsible for inventory levels, food cost control and BOH labor management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a  salaried Sous Chef in a Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
  • High volume background; must have  Sous Chef experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Sous Chef  candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
