The Role
As Sous Chef, you will play a high-visibility role in our operations. This includes supervising kitchen staff, managing food preparation, and collaborating with the Executive Chef to maintain our high culinary standards. This is a hands-on position where you’ll actively contribute during dinner service, ensuring smooth execution and consistency that reflects our restaurant's exceptional reputation.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000, based on experience.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef with:
- Experience in the premium casual dining segment, ideally with reputable restaurant brands.
- A proven track record of excelling in fast-paced, high-quality culinary settings.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and manage kitchen staff while taking pride in hands-on collaboration during service.
- Formal culinary education or higher education (preferred).
