The Sous Chef must be culinary driven because here you will work with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchens, top of the line equipment, and standards of operation that are simply unmatched.  As a Sous Chef, you will be the primary “go-to” for the kitchen staff, meaning you must be available to your team while staying on top of the functions of the kitchen. Qualifications:

  • The Sous Chef must possess 2-5 years high-volume Kitchen Management experience
  • Proven experience creating a safe work environment incorporating team work and professional development is necessary for the Sous Chef
  • The Sous Chef must have proven success in controlling of costs associated with running a profitable business such as food and labor cost
  • The Sous Chef must have a strong passion for culinary excellence
