Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our Waikiki restaurant. The qualified applicant should have extensive practice as a productive, organized, and caring leader for our high-volume kitchen and beyond. You should be confident in building, developing, and maintaining enthusiastic teams. Preferably, you are a current Oahu or Hawaii resident and have 3 or more years of culinary experience locally.

Compensation: $68k to $75k
