Title of Position – Sous Chef

Job Description: We are looking for a Sous Chef who brings a smile and positive energy to work every day! The right candidate for this job will possess a strong background in high volume, full service kitchens. Duties will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. The Sous Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance, and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place. 


  • The Sous Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Sous Chef
  • A sold track record is achieving financial results is a must for the Sous Chef
  • The Sous Chef must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
  • High volume experience of 8+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef is a must for this position
