Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume atmosphere
- Strong passion for mentoring and developing others
- Ability to achieve and exceed financial goals and profitability
- Dedication to honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction
- Consistent support for the success of the operation

Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Chef in creating delicious and inventive menu items
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in techniques and food safety
- Plan and execute daily menu orders with precision and care
- Collaborate with staff to make sure every guest has a memorable dining experience
- Continuously develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients
