Our Premium Fast Casual Restaurant is actively seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager who embodies a healthy life style to be our Brand Ambassador. The Restaurant Manager must be excited about creating fun, great tasting dishes, packed with flavor while remaining fresh and well balanced. Our company provides our communities with the highest quality, freshest and most delicious food that is also good for you. Inspired by “mom-and-pop” delis with fresh food but lackluster branding & service, we wanted to “add magic to the fresh food business.” Our in-house nutritionist is forever testing and tasting the latest trends and then finding ways to bring them to the world. Our mission is to help citizens of the world live better by making healthy food convenient & affordable. Your experience and personality will include:

  • History of integrity leadership and experience recognizing & developing talent
  • Experience with food prep, food cost, controlling waste
  • Catering experience with fast casual or quick service restaurant
  • Detailed level and appreciation of restaurant systems and routine
  • Track record of achieving financial results 1.5M+
  • Ability to articulate company’s vision and values while inspire others

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating a work environment that's lively, exciting and packed with enthusiasm. The person in this position must be self-motivated, fine detail oriented, and focused on upholding our high standards of operation. The right candidate should embody healthy living and be a brand ambassador for our concept and an eagerness for a balanced healthy lifestyle. As a leader you will be committed to exceeding our guest expectations, every time, every day. The Restaurant Manager must have a full understanding of P&L, food cost and labor percentage, as well as having the ability to forecast costs and scheduling.
