Job Description: The Sushi Chef will be responsible for the culinary staff. Ensuring all personnel is adhering to all safety, security, and health regulations, maintaining absolute cleanliness, and providing exceptional dishes to our guests 100% of the time will be among the responsibilities of the Sushi Chef. The right candidate will be familiar with all operations of the kitchen and must have strong influences in preparation of Chinese Cuisine. As our Sushi Chef you are in the position to develop your career and we’re committed to assist you in becoming versed in functions of the Sushi Chef such as product ordering, inventory control and scheduling. The Sushi Chef will maintain a professional atmosphere and an open line of communication to ensure culinary staff concerns are dealt with appropriately.

- High volume experience of 3+ years as a Sushi Chef is a must for this position
