Job Title: Task-Force Manager
Overview:
We are a reputable company that manages a chain of restaurants and hotels across the country. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Task-Force Manager to join our team. The Task-Force Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, initiatives, and tasks within the company, ensuring timely completion and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the company's restaurants and hotels
- Identify areas for improvement within the operations of each establishment and provide recommendations for solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables for all assigned tasks
- Work closely with department heads and team members to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination on all projects
- Conduct regular evaluations of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes or initiatives
- Travel frequently to different locations to oversee project implementation, provide guidance, and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in order to continuously improve processes within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Willingness to travel frequently
