Title of Position: Team Manager

Job Description: Our Team Managers make every shift shine. As a Team Manager, you are key to the success of your bakery-cafe. You handle a wide range of responsibilities, all to ensure that both customers and team members have a great experience. Our Team Managers ensure that every shift is a great one—by developing our people, managing team performance, and building the warm, inclusive, authentic team culture.

Qualifications:

· The Team Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 1 year

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Team Manager

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Team Manager

· The Team Manager must be guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Team Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
