Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the terminal, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve operational, financial, and customer service goals.
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability while controlling costs.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of managers and staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations, including airport authority standards.
- Foster strong relationships with airport officials, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize inventory, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement innovative solutions.
- Handle operational challenges and emergencies promptly and effectively to maintain service continuity.
- 7+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in an airport or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and cost controls.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and retaining talent.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and airport compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
