Title of Position: Travel Manager

Job Description: As the Travel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client’s travel program. You will work to maximize return on investment and develop relationships with existing and potential accounts through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication. Additionally, the Travel Manager will prepare correspondence for customers, internal booking reports, and file maintenance. The Travel Manager will be responsible for researching destinations and international travel requirements. The Travel Manager will assist in directing air flight plans and coordinating with a contract aviation management company. The Travel Manager must exercise extensive judgement, coordinating with security and staff to ensure that the details of travel are communicated only to the necessary team members.

Qualifications:

·      The Travel Manager must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      8+ years of Experience supporting UHNWI (personal assistant, executive assistant, luxury travel agent).

·      The Travel Manager must possess extensive attention to detail.

·      Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

·      Posses a valid drivers license and a good driving record
