Executive Vice President, Foodservice Operations
Location: Must be open to relocation to East Coast
Base Salary: $300K–$325K, plus executive compensation perks
Position Overview
A premier foodservice organization is seeking a Senior Executive Vice President of Foodservice Operations to lead and drive performance across a diverse portfolio. This role requires a seasoned executive with experience managing $80M+ in annual revenue, overseeing multi-unit foodservice operations, and delivering operational excellence in higher education, QSR, fast casual, or airport foodservice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across catering, QSR, fast casual, and full-service restaurant operations.
- Drive business development and expansion while ensuring profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and team performance.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven and customer-focused culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive leadership experience in foodservice operations, managing multi-unit or contract-based accounts.
- Proven success overseeing $80M+ in annual revenue across higher education, QSR, fast casual, or airport foodservice.
- Strong ability to optimize operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand reputation.
- Experience managing large-scale foodservice contracts, particularly in higher education or institutional dining.
- Exceptional strategic and financial acumen with a results-oriented approach.

Lucas Andrews has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and another 5 of that being in recruiting and onboarding and leadership experience.
