Position Overview: We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations to join our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Company President. This pivotal role encompasses full operational oversight, leading our brand towards achieving strategic objectives and sustained growth. The ideal candidate will possess a seamless blend of senior-level operations proficiency and culinary leadership, particularly within well-known, chef-driven boutique brands.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic operational leadership across the entire portfolio, ensuring excellence in every facet.
- Drive the development and execution of growth strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and culinary excellence across all concepts.
- Oversee P&L management, including full-service and fast-casual segments, optimizing financial performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, instilling a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, requiring a strong presence in our restaurants to ensure operational standards and brand values are consistently upheld.
- Spearhead strategic planning and execution, while also being actively involved in the development and mentoring of subordinates.

- Extensive senior-level operations experience within the hospitality industry, specifically within full-service/bar segments and brands with strong culinary roots.
- Demonstrated track record with relevant, well-regarded boutique and chef-inspired brands, showing both tenure and progression. Director of Operations level candidates with comparable experience will also be considered.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership skills; adept at developing talent and fostering a positive, innovative work environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Hands-on approach with a strong operational presence in the restaurants.
- Local experience in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. market is crucial.
