Title of Position: Assistant Executive Chef
Job Description: Our Assistant Executive Chef needs to be extremely motivated, hardworking, energetic, experienced, and fully capable of leading a group of culinary experts. The Assistant Executive Chef must obtain a strong passion for the hospitality industry and have the stamina to perform to the highest ability. The Assistant Executive Chef in this position must set the bar high to create the finest dishes and uphold food safety guidelines. Must have an understanding of food and labor costs, along with building sales and guest counts will be a huge portion of the Assistant Executive Chef’s job description.

Qualifications:
- The Assistant Executive Chef should possess 3+ years of high-volume general management experience
- The Assistant Executive Chef should have a passion for developing and mentoring people
- The Assistant Executive Chef should have a track record of achieving financial results
- The Assistant Executive Chef must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The Assistant Executive Chef should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company

Will is a native of North Carolina and is extremely familiar with the territory he is responsible for. Will prides himself on being a great listener and being able to understand the needs of the clients as well as the dreams of the candidate to be able to place them in the right home. His drive and work ethic are what make the difference for his clients and candidates.
Will is supported by his amazing wife and his two beautiful daughters. He spends time with his daughters and his family in his spare time. Will also enjoys doing outdoor activities.
