Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager ensures excellence in: Quality, Service, and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during his/her shift. The Restaurant Manager has financial responsibility for labor costs, inventory, and cash procedures daily. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves to coach and follow up with personnel to encourage a smoothly operating restaurant? We encourage the Restaurant Manager to assist in continuing the growth and development of all team members. As our Restaurant Manager, you would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

Qualifications:
• Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
• A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
• 3 plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Manager

Will has also worked at Carrabba's as a managing partner for 7 years as well. Will spent his earlier years climbing the restaurant ladder from a busboy, manager, then Managing partner. While as managing partner for Texas roadhouse, He was nominated for partner of the year 2 times.
Will is a native of North Carolina and is extremely familiar with the territory he is responsible for. Will prides himself on being a great listener and being able to understand the needs of the clients as well as the dreams of the candidate to be able to place them in the right home. His drive and work ethic are what make the difference for his clients and candidates.
Will is supported by his amazing wife and his two beautiful daughters. He spends time with his daughters and his family in his spare time. Will also enjoys doing outdoor activities.
