Title of Position - District Manager
Salary $60,000 to $68,000 depending upon experience
Job Description: The District Manager oversees multiple store operations. Our District Manager oversees the operational practices making sure each store runs smoothly, is clean, and meets budget and sales goals. Compliance/involvement with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events. The District Manager will interview, hire, coordinate and motivate the management and their teams. Additionally, they will check in/help maintain individual stores to make sure the store is stocked, clean, and in compliance with company standards. Our District Manager creates and maintains budgets, coordinates with, and reports to Senior Management. You must have the skills of a Professional District Manager with leadership skills, time management, and budgeting. Also, analytical, decision-making, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications:
• The District Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are requirements for the District Manager
• The District Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the District Manager
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a District Manager

Will is a native of North Carolina and is extremely familiar with the territory he is responsible for. His drive and work ethic are what make the difference for his clients and candidates.
Will is supported by his amazing wife and his two beautiful daughters. He spends time with his daughters and his family in his spare time. Will also enjoys doing outdoor activities.
