Title of Position – General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant operations. To be successful you must first build an exceptional team, recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring and maintaining a quality staff. The General Manager must be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with extensive experience in the customer service industry. Administrative duties include but are not limited to: writing schedules, strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, as well as delegating throughout the rest of the management team and maintaining staff files.
